Under the scorching summer sun, we welcomed DONGTAI Company's Sixth Annual Employee Skills Competition to a successful conclusion! From the passionate opening ceremony to the glorious awards ceremony, every moment embodies the enthusiasm and hard work of all participants, witnessing the vivid practice of the company's team values of "striving for excellence, constantly exceeding targets."
Competition Summary
Department Head Guo Guangjun, head of the Skills Competition Office, gave a comprehensive summary of the competition, reviewing the exciting moments and the outstanding performances of the contestants.
After 1.5 days of intense competition, with the active participation of 116 employees, the skills competition across 12 professional groups resulted in 29 winners! Among them, there were 6 third-place winners, 10 second-place winners, and 13 first-place winners.
In this skills competition, compared to the first-place winners of each group in 2024, only 3 people defended their championship titles, with the rest being won by newcomers. The atmosphere of "striving for excellence, constantly exceeding targets" was strong, and a continuous stream of highly skilled employees emerged.
Highlights
During the competition, all contestants remained calm and composed, striving for perfection, demonstrating superb skills and a tenacious fighting spirit. They either focused on every detail of the operation or actively thought and flexibly responded to challenges, fully demonstrating Ruigge Company's & Dongtai Company employees' professional qualities and craftsmanship.
